1️⃣ 𝙏𝙊 𝘽𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙂𝙊𝙊𝘿 𝘿𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙈𝙎 😴: Sleep with Rosemary under your pillow or between your mattress and headboard at night. Needs to be near your head for best effects. You can also sew it into your pillow!
2️⃣ 𝙈𝙊𝙍𝙀 𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙉𝙎𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙄𝙋𝙀 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝙁𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙉𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙎 😱: Soak a handful of Rosemary in a little vinegar, red wine, honey...anoint forehead with this mixture before going to bed. I found this one in “Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic” by Catherine Yronwode and it made a lot of sense. I know she’s a white hoodoo author but this recipe felt aight in my spirit so I’m posting it. 3️⃣ 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝘼 𝘾𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝘽𝙀𝘼𝙐𝙏𝙄𝙁𝙔𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘽𝘼𝙏𝙃 🌊 : mix Rosemary, rue, basil, hyssop, and lavender for your spiritual bath.
